About this tool

This interactive HTML dashboard for rapid release authors combines an annual release calendar, staggered production board, daily word count log, deadline countdown panel, vendor and freelancer tracker, production budget ledger, and backlist revenue chart in one browser based publishing pipeline planner for indie authors and self publishing writers.

Most author planners track one book at a time. This one is built for overlap. The Staggered Production Board is the spine of the whole thing: drafting, revisions, edits, proofing, formatting, and cover work sit side by side across multiple titles, so you can see the exact week where two books both want your editor.
